Greetings From Australia

I have really enjoyed creating this card that I’m sharing with you today….I was asked by a friend to make a card for her with an Aussie theme….so I pulled out the Good Onya Aussie stamps and die sets from Uniquely Creative and My Favourite Things Aussie Animals set and started on it…

I have used distress inks and MFT mini cloud stencil to create the sky background and Lawn Fawn grassy edges die for the grass…all the animals have been I loved the coloured in using Zig markers…I just love the tiny pair of wombats..

Thank you for stopping by my blog..Hope you will have a blessed and happy day today!!

My Entry For Altenew February 2020 Inspiration Challenge

This month’s Altenew inspiration challenge is being hosted by my top favourite Aussie card maker Therese Calvrid from Lost In Paper.

I have chosen to create a simple card for this challenge starting with a plain white front panel embossed with dots and swirls cover die for a subtle background and then stamped and die cut the flowers from Charming Doodles stamp set…the coloured layers have been stamped using crisp dye inks – hunter green, maple yellow and sand dunes.

The sentiment is from Mod Vases stamp set and has been stamped on a yellow cardstock piece with Obsidian black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today…hope you will have a great day ahead…

Two Cards For Valentines Day

I’m sharing two cards I made for Valentines this year…both cards have the same background where I added a bit of distress ink on plain red cardstock and then used a Simon Says Stamp heart background stencil with some white embossing paste…

For my first card I added an image and a sentiment from MFT Bionic Bots stamp set….and for my second card I used a funny flying hippo stamp from a Katzelkraft stamp set called Les Jungles….the sentiment for this card is from Clearly Besotted stamps…

Thanks so much for stopping by today…hope you will have a happy and crafty day…
